To begin representation, Apex Law requires a retainer to be paid before legal services can commence. The retainer secures your attorney’s availability and allows us to immediately begin working on your matter. For clients who need flexibility, our payment link includes a “pay later” option that allows eligible clients to set up a payment plan. Please note that no attorney-client relationship is formed, and no legal work will begin, until the retainer has been paid and a representation agreement has been executed.
